Since our beginnings in 1971, we accepted the compromise to reach excellence through our products. Our aim was clear: to satisfy the needs of each and every one of our customers. From that moment on, that became the drive behind our work.

 

To keep this philosophy throughout the years, we’ve made sure that each step of the production process behind our goods is carefully planned and assessed. This begins with the selection of our suppliers and ends the moment our products reach the stores.

 

We achieve this because our bakery runs following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard and Critical Control Points) guidelines and it has achieved the corresponding certifications.

 

What is more, we redoubled our efforts to achieve a new certification issued by GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative). This certification in food safety and quality management will allow us to guarantee the safety of our products.

 

Because all of this, we keep looking for new and more efficient ways to improve our methods of production. In this way, we also leave our mark through foods that contribute to keep a healthy life diet.
